Seriously, I can’t stop - won’t stop - with cranberry
What’s your family go-to? Cranberry sauce or cranberry salad? I usually prefer cranberry salad, but this apple cider & cranberry sauce is a DREAM
1 1/4 cup apple cider
2 tbsp orange juice
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
20 oz fresh cranberries
Bring cider, juice, and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir until sugar dissolved. Add berries and spices and let simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat. Add more cider 1 tbsp at a time if you prefer runnier sauce.

Looks can be deceiving…
I thought I’d make a basic tart with my leftover cranberry orange curd and get fancy with a white chocolate glaze…What could go wrong??
Well, the glaze only set in the middle, not the sides, so it was slowly dripping and drooping all over the place. You wouldn’t know by looking at this photo though. (See my Story for the drip)
