Cheers to your friends and loved ones with this raspberry and rose vodka smash! Muddled raspberries, vodka, and Poppi‘s Raspberry Rose Soda bring this gut friendly cocktail together. I froze edible rose petals in a giant ice cube to add a lovely flourish.
I created this cocktail in February for Galentine’s Day. Leslie Knope would have this with waffles, I’m sure!

A Gut Healthy Cocktail?
I know, a gut healthy cocktail isn’t exactly the norm! The ingredient that soothes the tummy in this beverage is Poppi soda. Poppi soda contains apple cider vinegar, natural sweeteners, and fresh fruit. The ACV is the prebiotic. I found this soda when I was trying to break my Diet Coke addiction. Truthfully, I just can’t quit Diet Coke completely, but Poppi has been a great, cleaner substitute. The flavors are so delicious, so I will be doing a gut healthy cocktail series. No way affiliated with the actual brand, though. Just doing it for me and for you!
What is a Vodka Smash?
A “Smash” cocktail is open to interpretation. It is basically a fruity, icy combination at its core. The drink also makes a great mocktail. If you prefer a non-alcoholic option, just omit the vodka. Voila!
